A leading online retailer in Russia and CIS is looking for Team Leader of Product & Marketing Analytics.
Tasks:
- Perform as the leader of the team and hold responsibility for the projects related to data & analytics of website, apps, marketing.
- Build effective communication with other teams and create data & analytics projects roadmap based on their needs.
- Set requirements for the data engineering team on data collection and processing.
- Create reports, dashboards, visualisations and other data-driven decision making tools to support business.
- Develop analytic models for marketing such as attribution, CLV and various segmentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in analytics, ability to show concrete cases/results.
- Experience in leadership roles of at least 1 year.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong understanding of analytics in marketing & product area, such as attribution models, web analytics systems, design.
