One of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of cosmetics and perfumes is looking for an Omni-channel Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of the E-retail activities of all company brands on the retailer websites in Russia and CIS.
  • New retailers (Russia and CIS) and new brands authorization process execution and follow-up.
  • Providing retailer with all necessary content: product descriptions, visuals, how-to, diagnostics etc.
  • Development, planning and control of Retailer Marketing Calendar according to Marketing Calendar in close collaboration with Brand Marketing Manager and Trade Marketing Manager.
  • Retailer's e-stores stock assortment control.
  • Planning, development, execution and control of E-Retail marketing programs to increase site traffic, conversion and sales.
  • Provides quantitative and qualitative reporting on a monthly basis or upon request:

- E-Retail commercial results and Marketing Calendar reporting - on monthly basis.
- COOP campaigns results.

  • Responsible for the creation and execution of the CRM and Omni-channel programs with retailers and partners: analysis, execution and optimization.
  • People management, development and motivation (2-3 employees).

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience and deep knowledge of Internet (E-commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, etc.).
  • Completed University degree.
  • Team-player with high level of energy and analytical mind.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Strong proven project and people management skills.
  • Capable to work in multitasking environment and being effective under pressure.
  • Fluent English.
