Unified platform for individualized, cross-channel customer experiences is looking for a Global IT Recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Organize full cycle it recruitment activities for the open vacancies (including top-level).
- Organize full cycle recruitment activities for the open vacancies (including top-level).
- Closely interact with Hiring Managers and build strong partner relationships with HQ.
- Search for candidates in various open sources.
- Process of incoming CVs, conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Participating in the process of formation of HR-brand company.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT-recruitment.
- US and European recruitment experience is desirable.
- Strong expertise in various methods of recruitment.
- Fluent English.
- High self-organization.
