The company has big growth plans, so HR manager will have big tasks:
- Organization of IT-recruiting process (Golang, Front-end, QA, SEO, Product and Project managers position, etc.).
- Building onboarding processes.
- Helping current and new employees with the necessary documentation.
- Participating in the process of formation of HR-brand company.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT-recruitment.
- US and European recruitment experience.
- Experience in building processes from scratch in the HR block.
- Remote team experience is desirable.
- Fluent English.
- High self-organization.
