A software company building a global print cloud is looking for Head of Quality Assurance.

What you will be doing:

• Mentoring and guiding the engineering teams and QA engineers.
• Ensuring that the compony develops and releases high-quality products to its millions of customers across the world.
• Accelerating the pace of release by advising on tools and frameworks for accuracy, repeatability, and scalability.
• Sharing your knowledge and building creative solutions while helping the team evolve best practices.
• Collaborating with colleagues as part of the Engineering leadership team.

Who you are:

• A minimum of M.S. degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or 5+ years in a similar position
• Passionate about engineering practices like agile, continuous delivery, test-driven development, traceability, and observability.
• Demonstrated experience in leading automated QA efforts on large-scale software projects.
• Drive quality assurance improvements through metrics and are passionate about having a fully automated testing process.
• Natural and comfortable leader, have excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• You share your ideas and continuously improve yourself and the team around you.
• Strong communication skills, high integrity, and great attention to detail.

You’ll get to work with:

• Ruby, JS, TS, Golang.
• Cucumber, Cypres, rSpec, Appium.
• Automating testing of UI, API (Rest JSON and gRPC), Mobile Apps, and performance testing.
• BDD, TDD, Page Object.
• CircleCI, k8s, Docker, AWS, New Relic, Grafana, Sentry.
