It’s a technology company that delivers a range of custom-tailored financial services with a focus on underbanked consumers across the globe.

Your Role:

  • Responsible for the Online and Offline Marketing performance 
  • Plan, monitor and execute marketing strategies across all channels including including affiliate, SEA, SEO, Display, Social media, PR, Offline, Partnerships and branding
  • Lead a small team of experts in SEA/Display, Affiliate and SEO/Social Media/PR/Content to excel in their fields and to achieve their predefined targets
  • Support in developing local strategies and adhering to company’s overall vision and strategy, while achieving and exceeding your targets in sales/issuing within assigned budget restrictions.
  • Source, negotiate and implement local strategic B2B partnerships
  • Analyze customer acquisition funnels and general marketing performance metric enable to consistently optimize and outperform targets and goals.
  • Provide relevant feedback in terms of product/reporting and other areas of the business to support country performance.  
  • Conduct competitive analysis on key segments to define and optimize the market strategy for reaching and engaging customers
  • Share best practices with peers in our other active markets to build knowledge and continuously develop a stronger position for the company in your local, as well as other markets
  • Manage a substantial marketing budget across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders including BI, Product, Engineering, Operations to ensure efficient communication channels are maintained and that performance is consistently improved.
  • Report directly to the Country Managing Director

Your Profile:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing) with top grades from a recognized school
  • 5+ years of professional experience digital marketing with direct experience in Affiliate, SEA, SEO, Display, Social media. Further experience in offline campaigns including TV/Radio highly preferred
  • Experience in operation €2+ million annual marketing budgets
  • Fintech/Consumer finance experience is a strong plus
  • Experience in negotiating and driving partnership deals with relevant partners
  • Have a good understanding of branding and how to achieve consumer loyalty
  • Very analytical and feel comfortable working with numbers, incl. using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and operating the day to day business. Good MS Excel skills is a must
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, cross channel & cross device marketing
  • Strong campaign/project management skills
  • Ability to self motivate and to drive, execute and deliver against ambitious goals
  • Outstanding people management skills and experience in leading team of 3+ employees including motivating and providing meaningful feedback to ensure human capital growth and development
  • You are a team player who strives to create positive cultures with hard deliverables and humor in the workplace
  • Fluency in English and native Russian speaker
