Online personal styling service for men is looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Associate who will serve as the first line resource for customer service questions and investigations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line resource for customer service questions and investigations;
- Deliver superior service and take ultimate responsibility for reacting quickly to ensure our members are happy;
- Master our internal ticketing and back-end system in order to efficiently and effectively process requests;
- Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience;
- Escalate any internal system issues to our product and technology teams.
You must:
- Possess a University degree; Have access to a reliable computer and internet connection;
- Have above average typing skills -- at least 50 WPM;
- Be detail-oriented;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Have excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Be able to self-motivate and self-start to meet deadlines.
