This company is building the world’s most intelligent print cloud to make digital printing easy, efficient and local. They believe in sharing fixed assets – in their case: sharing print machines. Allowing excess capacity to be intelligently allocated.

Position summary

  • They are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial business developer to support commercial team deliver B2B commercial initiatives that profitably expand customer base.
  • To be successful you need to be able to understand technology, be able to analyse and translate data into real world high-impact actions, have a strong commercial mind-set, and feel comfortable identifying and generating business leads.
  • The position calls for a combination of analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication skills, and business acumen. A person in this role should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, and thrive in a start-up culture.
  • The role is to be based in Moscow, Russia and will require occasional business trips to Oslo, Norway and Stockholm, Sweden.

What you will do

  • Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations, building up the sales pipeline.
  • Identify and approach prospect customers across the glob within the target segments and focus on Russian companies in Russia and abroad.
  • Conduct qualification calls with specific prospects.
  • Play a key support role in developing and driving strategic initiatives into the larger, targeted accounts.
  • Gain customer insight to evolve our value proposition and analyse new customer segments, markets and business models.
  • Be responsible for generating revenue growth and achieving individual, team and organizational goals.

Whay you’d need to know and have

  • Undergraduate degree from a leading university. MBA or Masters is a plus.
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience; top-performer with proven track record. 
  • Experience at a high-growth technology company, a startup or in management consulting from a top-tier firm is a strong advantage.
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present comprehensive solutions tailored to a variety of customers.
  • Extremely proactive, organized and responsible, with the ability to think and act independently.
  • Ability to adapt, lead, drive change and grow quickly as team builds the organization.
  • The ability to think big but also to execute well; be nimble and quick on your feet. You are detail-oriented and persistent. You like to hit the ground and just run.
  • Fluent English

  • A world's largest luxury marketplace, serving the needs of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in life's most valuable transactions is looking for a Head of Business Intelligence.


     Your responsibilities will be to:

    • Responsible for establishing an integrated Data Strategy that is aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Provide vision, strategy and policy guidance for data acquisition, data usage and data management activities.
    • Responsible for overall Data creation and standardization strategy, including intake, business rules-based transformation, data governance/integrity, architecture, and customer tools/applications in accordance with the company’s business goals and objectives.
    • Partner with Engineering to define company's data infrastructure and maintain a solid grasp of company's evolving data warehouse, data management and analytics.
    • Load data from different data sources into company's data warehouse using ETL processes.
    • Closely interact with the members of the business and technical teams to ensure that Data concerns and priorities are addressed to achieve business objectives.
    • Make sure that company collect correct data, consistently across different data sources (web, database, marketing) by maintaining and implementing proper systems and processes (data governance and data management practices)
    • Lead improvements of company's data infrastructure by setting up new tools and services.
    • Establish and maintain strategic working relationships with outside companies and/or software/data vendors.
    • Develop KPIs, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and scalable processes for company-wide reporting. Own the “source of truth”.

     

    What company would like to see from you:

    • 5+ years in a business intelligence/data engineering/scientist role in a digital company (preferably marketplace or eCommerce startup).
    • University degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or similarly quantitative field.
    • Professional working proficiency in English.
    • Proven Data Governance track record with an emphasis on data policies, standards, and processes design, administration and compliance monitoring.
    • Strong experience with Data Integration, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence program development and implementation.
    • Expertise in ETL processes (preferably Airflow) | Experience from web scraping and data mining.
    • Experience from UNIX/Linux systems (at least basic).
    • Strong technical and analytics skills, especially with SQL and Python.
    • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) and data warehouse technologies (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.). Experience with Segment is preferred.
    • Expertise in Git operations (version control system).
    • Experience from Product analytics tools (Google Analytics or Mixpanel) preferable, but not necessary.
    • Organized approach to multiple parallel tasks and used to tight deadlines.
    • Actively seeks new technology options and approaches to business issues.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Good communicator, especially written.
    • Have a desire to manage a team of analysts as our organization grows.
