Online personal styling service for men is looking for a CRM&Email Marketing manager.
You’re a seasoned loyalty and retention expert — you’re thoughtful about lifecycle email strategy and knowledgeable on best practices, the ESP and CRM landscape, KPIs and new technology.
- Develop and manage customer communication strategy and roadmap for all communications;
- Automate content and cadence strategy and oversee execution / technical setup;
- Execute email tests and enhancements;
- Collaborate with creative and product teams on design, copy and email messaging and build strong relationships with all members of the team;
- Summarize key metrics on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Take responsibility for the accuracy of all campaigns;
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and clients.
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing B2C email programs through an enterprise level ESP and/or CRM. Proven track record of success in implementing email programs to drive customer retention and acquisition;
- Knowledge of email service provider platforms and tools;
- Exceptional project management skills including;
- Strong analytical skills, particularly within Excel;
- Strong writing skills;

Will be a plus:
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS - SQL.
