Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the Data scientists/Data Analysts team.
• Assist marketing and PR teams with research and conclusions.
• High-speed reaction to media trends with data supply.
• Conduct complex marketing-related studies for media coverage.
• Apply and educate the team on how to apply machine learning algorithms to data processing.
• Initiate and suggest new types of data to internal PR teams.
• Make predictions and conclusions about the future based on existing data.
• Manage and focus your backlog on the industry trends and hot topics that have to highlight and described for media.
• Compiling, synthesizing, and analyzing research collected from internal analytics to have conclusion and comments for internal and external orders.
• Evaluate the technical complexity of data projects, provide technical support of projects workflow.
• Contributing to research projects from start to finish, keeping the project on time and meet PR needs.
• Telling powerful stories with data to get data-driven publication within media outlets.
• Develop models, dashboards, and presentations to provide analytical insights.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in the marketing industry by performing research and monitoring.

Job requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English skills.
• University degree or equivalent in Mathematics/Computer Science.
• Strong technical background, experience of working with data.
• Relevant 3-5 years of marketing or product analytics experience.
• Experience working with analytical and marketing software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategically for business results improvement.
• Team management experience.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
• Verbal communication and organizational skills to handle studies within multiple countries simultaneously.
• Must be dynamic, driven and familiar with agile culture.
