Responsibilities:

• Program Management – the Production Lead will receive their strategic priorities from the Russia Online Team and manage the requirements gathering and successful delivery of the overall Russian online development program. The role will report into EMEA Regional Production, ensuring schedules and quality are met, risks managed and business objectives are realized.
• Roadmap Management – this role is responsible for developing an Online Project Portfolio roadmap for Russia sites meeting Russia’s strategic objectives. Features that might serve other EMEA or Global markets should be planned & built as capabilities with Regional Production support for rollout beyond Russia. The Production Lead will also support the Russia affiliate team with ROI/benefits measurement both pre-project & post-project.
• Team Leadership – they will have full responsibility for managing the delivery of locally-run online projects. In addition, for Global-led and Regional-led projects, their responsibility will be to ensure the delivery meets Russia-specific requirements and schedule.
• Requirements & Quality Management – Managing the gathering of requirements for all Russian projects. Managing all test stages, including fulfiller end-to-end for locally-run online projects. Managing acceptance testing for Global-led and Regional-led projects.
• Training & Tools - Support RU Online Team capabilities and skill gaps, providing business operations and collaboration tools training where necessary.  Responsible for onboarding of new local or EMEA Regional resources to Russia projects.
• Budget Management – responsible for the Russia Online Production budget, specifically feature CAPEX investment, and must also perform vendor management and cost management with respect to the third parties.
• Resource Management - plan and communicate to EMEA Regional Production resource requirements for Russian projects on a quarterly basis.
• Communication – the Lead must communicate with the Russia Online Team, the Russian Fulfiller Team as well as EMEA Regional and Global Production to ensure that there is visibility into the program direction, schedule and progress.
• Operations – the Lead must coordinate with the EMEA Regional Maintenance team to ensure the swift resolution of priority live-site issues and perform root cause analysis with EMEA Regional and Global teams to mitigate further occurrences.
• Be aware of technology advances – new technology changes in the industry could mean changes in how company delivers it's solutions. The Production Lead should be aware of Russia E-commerce technology trends and always be looking out for ways to make solutions more beneficial to user, extend presence or increase business using new technology advances.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience as a Program Lead and/or Production Lead on delivery of business, operational and technical projects, with significant experience working within the E-commerce industry and on large scale global projects.
• Must have experience working as a Product Manager or Analyst/Project Manager in a software development environment using waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies to design and develop software solutions.
• Must have a positive, collaborative, & solution-oriented approach to building relationships & solving challenges. Company is looking for a pro-active, problem solver who is actively seeking to grow their skills and knowledge.
