Team is looking for an experienced customer acquisition specialist to work with paid channels for two different B2B communication solutions industry products (CCaaS & CPaaS).

What we require from a candidate:
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid customer acquisition channels.
- Understanding paid customer acquisition specifics with proficiency in Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Certification is preferred.
- Proven track record in b2b online marketing, previous experience of managing several markets is a plus.
Tasks you will do in:
Three months:
- Understand how the company works from the inside and its actual CCaaS product-market fit. Immerse yourself in the industry specifics and the customer acquisition challenges we're facing.
- Deep dive into analytics: learn how we work with data; prepare a task for implementing correct ad tags in Google Tag Manager and social networks pixels, ensure they work properly.
- Audit previous paid customer acquisition initiatives, identify growth hypothesizes, prioritize them & initiate validation process. Reach positive ROAS.
- Hypothesis-based test launch of non-brand Google Search campaigns after the first month for tier-1 markets oriented to growth.
- Together with the Product & Dev teams, develop a landing page for paid traffic.
Six months:
- Build customer acquisition funnels for paid channels and monitor effective budget spend.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop killer creative assets for Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategy for the second company product (CPaaS).
- Constantly search for other channels of sales opportunities to meet and exceed target KPIs.
During the whole year:
- Lots of analysis and searching for customer behavior insights.
- Development and optimization of customer-facing content.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to find new insights from data.
- Recruitment and management of the team required for systematic search and testing of new acquisition channels.
