International startup, a platform for creating and sharing short mobile videos is searching for Head of Client Solutions.
Position description:
- Plan, manage and develop the account management team.
- Improve the internal working process and efficiency.
- Help talent grow.
- An agile creative thinker capable of translating any mobile game/app materials into sophisticated and clear videos or interactive creatives.
- Convert marketing research insights to scale campaigns and measure performance to deliver the best next creative to run on platforms.
- Teach and lead creative thinking for the cpmpany's clients.
- Show the best way of working with creatives to the whole EE market. Be ready to teach and communicate a lot with performs creative teams and agencies.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with developers, game/app designers, marketing, and other creative related channels.
- Create amazing Video Ads to inspire and improve advertisers' experience with company.
- Reach for the sky! - make sure gaming users and non-gaming users react every time they see one of your creatives.
Position requirements：
- BA/BS degree or above.
- Past or current experience in Gaming/App, Advertising, or anything around ads creative design focusing on Games/App.
- Proven experience of working with talented creators (video editors, designers, game developers).
- Able to implements the overarching creative direction, cross-team cooperation, and knowledge sharing internally and externally.
- Knowledge about Playable Ads.
- Experience in preparing training materials about creating creatives and conducting training is a big plus.
- Has a wide experience in user acquisition, marketing, advertising, video editing, games, and non-games apps- Casual, Hyper Casual is a huge advantage/
- Creative spesialist (performance oriented).
