One of the largest sporting goods retailer is looking for an Email Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting and developing one of key communication channels.

An ideal candidate has to have at least 3 years of experience in email marketing, wish to work in ambitious team, strong interest in direct communication and has to love sport.
He will be working closely with Digital Communication Leader, Web-analyst, Content Marketing Manager, Traffic-managers.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all marketing campaigns via direct communication channels (SMS, Email, Push, Messengers, etc.).
• Plan and execute all ad-hoc and automated trigger email marketing campaigns through Expertsender platform, including audience and logic set-up, content selection, email design.
• Personalization of all direct marketing communication.
• Maintain and keep up with the communications calendar.
• Deep analyze and segmentation of the company's customer base by various parameters (RFM, LTV, etc.).
• Analyze of the effectiveness of direct communication channels, regular reporting.
• Build of hypothesis, A/B testing, performance improvement of direct communication.
• Maintain relevant lead communications flow over the entire lead/customer lifecycle, making sure each subscriber is effectively reached by relevant email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct regular in-depth reviews of the emailing scenarios.
• Look for points of possible growth, generate project ideas, guarantee financial performance of direct communication channels.
• Initiate and execute actions to grow database.
• Be involved in the development of creative campaigns and materials.

Requirements:

• Higher economic / marketing / advertising education.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in email marketing in agency or in lead E-commerce project.
• Good knowledge of analytic tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika).
• Good knowledge of logic of emailing platforms.
• Project management skills.
• Well organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Very detail oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Upper Intermediate English.
• A natural interest in digital technologies, trends and beautiful websites.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
