A building cutting-edge marketing technology that is changing how leading businesses analyze and optimize the performance of their online marketing campaigns is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

As a CSM you will help senior leaders at some of the well-known and fast-growing brands solve their most pressing digital marketing problems through applying our AI-driven marketing attribution and optimization technology.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own the overall success of the assigned portfolio of customers — leading brands and fast-growing startups with 6-7 figures digital marketing budgets (in USD) to improve their digital marketing results by implementing our innovate AI-driven marketing attribution and optimization platform;
  • Be responsible for the full customer lifecycle including post-sales technical onboarding, product adoption and value delivery, post-implementation consultation and support;
  • Work together with a team of senior Data Analysts and Performance Marketing Consultants to deliver the highest quality marketing attribution and optimization projects using our powerful platform; 
  • Control the value delivery process to the assigned list of clients — manage priorities, estimates, resources, and timelines;
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consult customers on the proper usage of SegmentStream technology to achieve higher ROAS and lower CPA from their main advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others.
  • Monitor the ongoing customer’s results and satisfaction of partnership with SegmentStream to ensure a renewal for the next contract term;
  • Make sure clients are happy and ready to provide a positive testimonial to share their experience partnering with the platform.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of customer-facing project management experience in the digital marketing / performance advertising space. Ideally, you’ve been working as a Account Manager / Project Manager / Customer Success Manager in a digital marketing agency or SaaS company;
  • Hands-on experience launching & optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as analyzing the performance of these campaigns using Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience leading calls with senior roles on the customer’s side, for example, Digital Marketing Director, CMO, Digital Director, Head of Performance Marketing, Head of E-commerce.
  • Basic understanding of the modern technical concepts in the world of digital marketing — you know what is Data Layer, Cookie, Webhook, or JSON/XML Feed;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and resource-planning skills;
  • Energetic and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team;
  • Excited about rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done in an unstructured environment of a hyper-growth technology startup, and grow together with the company;
  • English B2 or above.
