Sweden's leading marketplace for buyers and sellers of small and medium-sized companies is looking for CTO/Senior Full Stack developer.
What will you do?
In the role of CTO, you are technically responsible for the entire chain of product development. You will hire and retain a development team in development and design. You will be the central part of the company's business development and set the process for how they are quickly and most efficiently scale up production.
- Rewrite the tech stack from scratch. Choose technology and lead the work.
- Understand & map internal flows and processes.
- Put in place processes and structures to scale teams and customer base.
- Overall personnel responsibility for the engineering teams, competence development and recruitment.
- Create best practices and a great working culture for the development team.
