Online personal styling service for men is looking for a CRM&Email Marketing manager.

About you:

You’re a seasoned loyalty and retention expert — you’re thoughtful about lifecycle email strategy and knowledgeable on best practices, the ESP and CRM landscape, KPIs and new technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage customer communication strategy and roadmap for all communications; 
  • Automate content and cadence strategy and oversee execution / technical setup;
  • Execute email tests and enhancements; 
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams on design, copy and email messaging and build strong relationships with all members of the team;
  • Summarize key metrics on a weekly and monthly basis; 
  • Take responsibility for the accuracy of all campaigns;
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience managing B2C email programs through an enterprise level ESP and/or CRM. Proven track record of success in implementing email programs to drive customer retention and acquisition;
  • Knowledge of email service provider platforms and tools; 
  • Exceptional project management skills including;
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly within Excel; 
  • Strong writing skills;

Will be a plus:
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS - SQL.
