BeMyEye is a high tech company that provides consumer brands with a complete solution to track, analyse and improve their in-store execution using real-time Image Recognition.

BeMyEye allows CPGs to improve their in store execution, hence drive more sales and grow their market share, through a one stop shop solution for their GTM needs, including:

Cost effective and timely crowdsourced data collection so that field forces can focus more/most of their time on value add activities like selling and merchandising.

An easy to use retail execution management tool to improve the productivity of field forces data collection when in store and field managers to drive teams where is needed and when is needed thanks to AI and next best action approach.

IR solution to maximize productivity of field forces for data collection of highly complex KPIs like share of shelf, competitors’ visibility and assortment compliance.

Today, BeMyEye can boast:

  • An international footprint with a 3 million strong crowd able to service our clients across 21 markets.
  • A proven ability to deliver highly complex in store monitoring projects through a SAAS and/or DAAS approach combining tech, crowd and IR across several countries for top CPGs like J&J and Pepsi in a capital efficient way.
  • A unique portfolio of Tier 1 clients (Samsung, J&J, Ferrero, Pepsi, Nielsen, etc.) whose partnership we can leverage based on a high reputation built over the years to further expand internationally.
  • BeMyEye now requires an exceptional Sales Professional to drive new customer wins at Global Level focusing on ICP (ideal customer profile).

 

Key Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of the CPG market, or at the very least an understanding of other consumer goods manufacturers and providers, and the way they go to market such as Pharma, Automotive, Travel, and similar goods and services sold via the retail store channel.
  • Highly credible SaaS or Enterprise Software sales professionals used to achieve or exceed annual quota from selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders often across multiple countries or departments.
  • Understands the power of a Land & Expand sales methodology and has the maturity to land the deal that contains the least friction.
  • Understand that the modern SaaS sales professional is a data driven individual who knows his personal KPI’s, leading indicators and what it will take to achieve quota.
  • Is a collaborator, an educator, works in a team with support from pre-sales, product and customer success and knows how to effectively communicate with those functions.
  • Autonomous and a self-starter, but understand that success cannot be achieved alone.
  • Competitive nature and driven to outperform BeMyEyes competition.
  • English plus one or more languages is a plus like a previous experience in a SFA provider/large merchandising agency.
