A large automobile manufacturer is looking for ATL Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Media strategy development and tactical planning in all media channels (special focus on TV & Digital media).
- Ad campaigns media plans development coordination and presentation to Management.
- Planning and execution of ATL campaigns and integrated projects.
- Ad campaigns KPI's setting, efficiency analysis, post-campaigns and action plans preparation.
- Competitor’s activities overview and analysis.
- Media market overview, trends, new instruments monitoring and induction.
- Media Agency daily interaction and cooperation: briefing, execution control, annual conditions for media buying and deals set and fulfilment control.
- Media efficiency audit, agency services evaluation.
- Preparation and coordination of media pitches.
- Constant cooperation with Digital/CRM, PR, Brand/Dealer marketing for integrated projects.
- Special projects planning and execution incl. creative & content development, production, lead management integration, conversion rate management (sponsorship, product placement etc).
- Regional and local media planning (experience in regional marketing is a plus).
- Supervising of staff responsible for accounting document flow and payments process.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Work experience from 5 years on relevant positions (international media agency or Advertising Manager on client's side with mandatory media planning background).
- Strong and solid knowledge of all media (good understanding of TVad planning is a must).
- High level experience in Digital incl. Performance tools, programmatic, OLV, mobile, social.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Yandex.Metric, Google.Analytics).
- Practice of industrial surveys usage.
- Experience in automotive sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- English advanced.
